Strategic Product Designer & UX Lead
I transform chaotic platforms into tools people actually want to use. I bring 15+ years of analytical problem-solving to the table, owning the product lifecycle from the messiest problem definitions to the final rollout. I also partner closely with AI agents throughout my entire workflow - because the future of UX is collaborative, and frankly, it leaves me more time to focus on high-level strategy (and drink more good coffee).

A massive Experience Management platform that helps customers swallow and digest millions of surveys, employee feedback loops, and chaotic data streams, translating them into actual business strategies
Welcome to the world of massive data ecosystems, where my main job is preventing users from having a panic attack when a workflow fails. I lead the design strategy for two massive, parallel puzzles: Data Health and the Enterprise Mobile Redesign. Partnering directly with PMs and engineering, my core mission is translating overwhelming technical chaos into clear, human-centric experiences.
Project 1: Data Health & Observability (Making Errors Speak Human)
The Problem: When data workflows failed, users were jump-scared by terrifying engineering logs. This destroyed their trust in the data and flooded IT with support tickets.
The System: I shifted the UX from passive monitoring to active understanding by designing an AI-powered translation layer. It takes scary system errors and turns them into plain-English, actionable “Next Steps.”
The Proof: Empowered customers to self-serve and fix their own data issues, instantly restoring their confidence and giving IT a much-needed breather.
Project 2: The Mobile Redesign (aka “The Shrink Ray”)
The Problem: The legacy mobile app was essentially the massive desktop site squished onto a phone. It meant high cognitive load, lots of squinting, and terrible mobile adoption.
The System: I led a single, “David vs. Goliath” cross-functional team to completely rebuild the mobile experience from the ground up, replacing clunky desktop clones with native, thumb-friendly components.
The Proof: Fought the mobile adoption problem head-on by delivering a streamlined, on-the-go research app that users can actually read without a magnifying glass.

B2B solutions of automated warehouses
For three years, I tackled massive B2B ecosystems where a 2-second delay in the system actually costs real money. I designed for the messy intersection of humans, screens, and robots, leading end-to-end UX across multiple high-stakes warehouse domains.
Project 1: The Decant Pivot (When Business Strategy Changes Overnight)
The Problem: We needed to shave seconds off the warehouse receiving process, but a sudden business pivot forced us to integrate a new mobile app into the physical decant workstations mid-project.
The System: I ran a highly tactile, experimental pilot study—literally testing UI flows using physical boxes of crisps and laptops in the warehouse. I mapped the synergy between the mobile app and the physical decanting process to ensure operators didn’t lose their rhythm.
The Proof: Ran 70+ tests with 50 participants, ultimately shaving 6.5 seconds off average task times and delivering a data-driven MVP that seamlessly merged mobile and station UI.
Project 2: Inventory Management Stations (The Physical/Digital Black Box)
The Problem: The physical stations where workers fix inventory errors were a neglected “black box.” Operators were constantly making mistakes because the on-screen flow didn’t match the physical reality of the broken stock sitting in front of them.
The System: I reconstructed the entire flow by shadowing operators and analyzing their physical interactions. I realized their “process” was actually just a series of workarounds, so I redesigned the UI from scratch to perfectly mirror their physical workflow.
The Proof: Transformed an undocumented, error-prone station into a standardized, intuitive flow, completely eliminating the guesswork for operators handling problematic inventory.
Project 3: The Analytical Dashboard (Rescuing the “Warehouse Ninjas”)
The Problem: Inventory Managers were basically “warehouse ninjas” forced to use chaotic workarounds, multiple legacy tools, and endless tabs just to investigate and create a single inventory ticket.
The System: I led the discovery and redesign of a centralized Desktop Analytical Dashboard. I introduced a “Calm UI” approach with clear progress bars and grouped tasks (pending vs. in-progress) to drastically reduce cognitive load.
The Proof: Significantly reduced time-on-task, minimized unnecessary clicks, and eliminated the need for external spreadsheets, turning a chaotic investigation process into a streamlined hub.
Project 4: The Pharmacy Vertical (Steering the Ship)
The Problem: Scaling our massive, complex grocery warehouse tech into the highly regulated, brand-new pharmacy market required serious design alignment across multiple teams.
The System: I stepped up as the UX Lead for the entire Pharmacy warehouse solution. I established the UX strategy, mentored junior designers, and acted as the bridge between UX, PMs, and engineering.
The Proof: Ensured cross-product design consistency and strategic alignment, successfully adapting our core warehouse logistics for a completely new, high-compliance industry.

Avanade
Joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft
I have spent 6.5 years working in Avanade where mostly I was focused on digital transformation processes. Working with clients like Securitas (the security sector), Pfizer (pharmaceutical industries), Samsung, and many others. I learned that the real UX challenge isn't the UI—it's stakeholder management and legacy systems. I digitized mountains of paperwork, untangled complex B2B ecosystems, and upskilled the design team along the way.
Freelance Designer
Transitioned to freelance work for 2 years
Started as Web Designer
Began career at advertising agencies in Krakow
I started my journey 15 years ago, back when we were all called Web Designers. My 'prehistoric' era began in Krakow, where I spent 2.5 years in the fast-paced world of advertising agencies. From there, I transitioned into a two-year freelance, crafting everything from website and mobile apps to brand identities for agencies across Poland. It wasn't always pretty (hello, 2011 trends!), but it's where I built my foundation.
